Delivery
UK
We do not charge seperately for delivery.
We aim to deliver to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched next working day. However, please allow up to 10 days for your goods to arrive. A signature will be required to confirm receipt of your order.
Small orders up to 2kg in weight are dispatched 1st Class Recorded Mail.
Orders over 2kg in weight are sent parcel post.
All of the products on our website are in stock at the start of the working day but if an item has been sold we will let you know by e-mail.

How To Order
We have tried to make ordering from Foofers a simple process.
- Search or browse the categories
- Click "add to cart" next to the products you want
- Click "view cart" on the left of the page
- Change quantities or delete items
- Choose your payment method: credit/debit card (PayPal) or cheque
- Enter your details
- Sit back and wait for your goods to arrive. Your shopping is done!
- Tell your friends about Foofers!
Remember, if you have any queries use the "Contact Us" page to send us an
e-mail. We will do our best to reply as quickly as possible.
Payment
You can pay for your order using any major credit/debit card online. Our online
transactions are dealt with by
PayPal.
Alternatively you can pay by cheque. If you choose this method please allow up
to 7 days for the cheque to clear before we despatch your goods.
Security
When asked to enter your credit card details you will be transferred to
PayPal's secure server.
Here you will notice two things:
- A padlock in the bottom right corner of your browser window (providing
your status bar is showing)
- The address of the page begins with "https://" rather than the standard
"http://".
These two factors show that the page you are entering information on is a
secure page. All information is encrypted when travelling over the internet.
Refunds & Returns
If the item is faulty please contact us immediately for a full refund
If decide you do not wish to keep an item when you receive it simply return it to us,
within 14 days for a no quibble refund (providing the item is in re-saleable condition).
We charge £7.50 for restocking such items.
Privacy
Your details will not be passed on to any third parties.
Your credit card details are dealt with entirely by
PayPal and are not passed on
to us.
We will not send you any junk mail.
We may send you details of any special offers by e-mail. We will do this only
if you requested to be on our mailing list and we will only contact you a few
times a year.
You can shop with confidence at Fooofers. Your details
will not be passed on to anyone else. We respect your privacy.
